Tuesday night we had a Pie Party to give thanks to our wonderful clients (we bought 40 cherry or apple pies!) and our friend Nora Wong told us the Tilden Park Carousel was decorated for the holidays!
Last night Carol and I went up to Tilden Park, and we’re glad we did.
The Tilden Park merry-go-round was filled with happy kids and their parents and grandparents, and a wonderful time was had by all.
I even rode the carousel (note to self – you get dizzy when atop a merry-go-round animal going up and down and in circles – and face the back)

One Tilden Tidbit – the South Park Drive is closed from November though March to protect migrating newts.
Just another reason I love living in Berkeley and visiting Tilden Park (though not South Park Drive) in the Berkeley Hills.
